Five drawers with the top two being divided into three segments for organizing smalls. Those dividers are original and removable. All drawers work nicely. Very sturdy and heavy piece. No weird odors... See all photos and I can send more. The original case has been hand-painted in a soft, muted grey-green, creating an elegant backdrop for the rich warmth of the mahogany gel-stained top and drawer fronts. The combination gives the piece a refined, collected look while allowing its classic Mid-Century American design to remain visible.

The original hardware has been retained and artistically refinished in warm gold, complemented by newly added drop pulls. The metal braces surrounding the feet have also been finished in gold, creating small, unexpected touches of metallic detail that tie the entire piece together.

Rather than replacing the original character of this vintage dresser, the transformation highlights it—the clean architectural lines, substantial top, simple framing, and tapered feet now paired with a more sophisticated, contemporary color palette.

The result is a unique piece of art furniture that bridges Mid-Century Modern design with an elegant, collected aesthetic.
